I just placed an order with Eventim, and unfortunately, my old account, which I no longer have, was listed as the payment method, or direct debit. The Q&A section says to wait for their email, and I'll have to cover the resulting costs. Does anyone have experience with this and how much it will cost?

Loading...On January 17, I indicated that they could debit the amount by direct debit. It's now January 24, and I still haven't seen anything in my account. However, Amazon says "paid."
