False positive?

Hello, my dears!

Namely

On June 11th (day 14 of my 28th cycle), I had a contraceptive mishap with my boyfriend. I immediately got the morning-after pill PiDaNa and took it.

This morning, with my first urine of the morning (six days before my period), I took a test just to be sure, and it had a second line right there on the test strip. I figured that couldn't be right, so I took a second test with the same urine, which was clearly negative.

Now my question is: Is the first one a "false positive"? How should I interpret this? Did I test too early?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello

The first test on the image is defective, no second line but a manufacturer error.

That’s how you tested too early. On 11.06 your ovulation was according to the calendar and the first pregnancies test can actually only show a safe result from the day of your period actually in use (i.e. 14 days after the ovulation)

It means ovulation, + means the days that have passed since ovulation, 10s means early pregnancy tests.

I hope I could help you πŸ™ƒ

Good luck πŸ€

Wrong positive isn’t there.

Six days before the period is too early to test.

Immediately before or during the ovulation, the pill will no longer bring.

This is too early to really get a reliable result. Unfortunately, you have to wait a few more days until the tests are really reliable.

The test is really reliable only then. Until then, it can be negative, but still positive.

The egg cell is not administered until 7 to 10 days after fertilization.

Even if your egg was fertilized, your body is not pregnant. So it’s too early to test. Wait for at least a week then a test is meaningful.
