Lifted wrong?

I work in nursing and transferred a resident into a wheelchair. Since then, I've had severe back pain and could barely walk. It spread down into my leg. Now I can walk again and it's better. However, whenever I bend over or lift something with my right hand, I feel a pain in the lower back. Does anyone know what this is? I don't want to go to the doctor unnecessarily…

Sounds like there’s a disc on nerves. That’s a good physiotherapist.

I had a stairwell with strong shoulder swelling, so I couldn’t lift my arm from my own power for two weeks. Almost a whole year after that, I had a restriction of movement. Extend the arm forward and went up, but at the lateral extension I could only lift the arm up to the shoulder, but it just didn’t go higher. My physiotherapist has eliminated the restriction of movement within minutes.

So get to the doctor and get 6 applications for the physiotherapists. Costs €18.

Good improvement!

Possibly a muscle distortion, in the worst case, a muscle fiber crack. If it doesn’t get better, go to the family doctor ☝️

has drawn to the leg

Sounds like a disc incident.
