You see the email directly, so an email would never be offiziel.

Basically, any SMS is scam except you have specifically requested this (aka TAN code etc.). Every company uses email today to inform you about change.

This is a criminal attempt to lure you on some obscure side. Since many people are waiting for a DHL package on the one hand, on the other hand something is stupid, unfortunately, it always works.
