I failed a module exam and was expelled from the program. Is it possible to start a new course? However, I'm no longer able to enroll in the same program?

Loading...If you weren't accepted to your dream program in the winter semester and are studying something else in the meantime, can you reapply normally for the summer semester of your dream program? Or are there certain regulations, since it would be a second degree (?)?
If you only have one attempt left in your studies, should you take the third attempt or withdraw? Because if you're withdrawn for failing the third attempt, you'll never be allowed to study the program again…
Would you recommend it? Pros/Cons…did you study there?
