I failed a module exam and was expelled from the program. Is it possible to start a new course? However, I'm no longer able to enroll in the same program?

If you weren't accepted to your dream program in the winter semester and are studying something else in the meantime, can you reapply normally for the summer semester of your dream program? Or are there certain regulations, since it would be a second degree (?)?

New course of study is possible. Only for the same one you are locked in Germany. (Although similar, only as information);) In medicine it is difficult, for example in the case of infomatics or electrotechnok there are also those with other names with slightly different specializations, but 90% of the same modules that you could choose, for example. If you flew out in the 3 semesters, you need to see if it was the right thing for you, but something like that would be an option if you were in the 6th. semester has flown, because you can get a lot of money ;).
