Failed the driving theory test, another 4 hours extra?

Hello everyone, after my son failed his theory test once, his driving school is demanding four more theory lessons. Apparently, that's what the law says?!

They weren't informed of this, nor is it stated in their terms and conditions. Is it simply a rip-off?

Greetings TN

who falls through the theory check has not yet understood the substance and the problems should be worked up.

I think the driving school is best able to do so even if there is no law.

I didn’t pass the first exam and didn’t have to catch up. There are 14 hours prescribed not less

According to law, you only have to visit 14 theoretical hours to be allowed to take the exam.

If, however, the driving school considers it useful if the driving student takes theory lessons again, it is not wrong – he can only do the next test in two weeks anyway.

What’s the problem?

I also fell through once and was allowed to repeat it during the next exam without making more hours

Supposedly the law says?!

The one who says this is simply to name the law and paragraphs.

The law is supposed to show you that there is not.
