No, it’s the case. 1-3 is eh tolerance. However, in a 30 zone you travel longer 33-35 without signaling to the examiner that you are too fast and slows down, it is almost a diarrhea. There is no problem at all. I went through 26 in a 20’s zone today (because I didn’t know that the 20’s zone is running), and I passed with an eye. I didn’t do anything wrong. Important is: Look demonstrotiv always in all mirrors etc. This weakens other mistakes somewhat.

Maximum 3 km/h inside faster than 50 are still okay.
Because you then drive 50 (tolerance deduction) when you see it from the viewpoint of a fine decision.

Small Fun Fact: A flasher only starts at 62 km/h (Innerorts) if 50 allowed.

A tester will not let you fall through faster due to up to 3 km/h, as the driving instructor would already intervene. But if you can, just do it:

Simply insert the speed control system (if available) to 50 km/h inside, then you have no problems.

No, a flasher does not trigger at 62 km/h inside.

You can’t say that flat-rate.

I’ve been flashed at 52 km/h after tolerance. Speak at 55-56 km/h according to Tacho.

a flasher does not trigger at 62 km/h inside.

No matter how often I drove Innerorts 59, never triggered a flasher.
Not stationary or mobile.

the driving instructor would already intervene.

Then the test is over when the driver intervenes during the test

Right, just don’t always go. Firstly, the routes for Tempomat are somewhat too short and secondly, the examiner also wants to see that you want to keep the speed without tempomat. If you want to do points, “Use Start Stop Automatic”, go very gently (So that the examiner does not move with the body while switching) that makes a lot of soul. The examiner feels comfortable etc. I’d rather drive 24-27 in 30 zones. Many write on Youtube that this is not OK. That’s bullshit, at least here at the TĂœV.

It’s nice to see you.

The rule is not.

No, no one will ask you to drive exactly 50. It’s perfectly normal that it shows 51/52 on the tacho, but you don’t get it.

If that were your only problem in the exam you would have passed

Doesn’t mean you’re supposed to drive 3km faster, it’s even more fast.

Then you overrun the rabies and then, of course, you are over

I have fallen through

No, if the speedometer indicates 53 km/h with allowed 50 km/h, you will not fall through.

Not at all. But I wouldn’t drive 53 anymore.

No, that’s more likely to be considered a “speed”.

It is important to show the examiner that it has been recognized. Suppose you drive 1 km 33 instead of 30, without reacting. That would be a diarrhea.

If you don’t always drive too fast (or too slow), that’s okay.

Depends on the tester. We had some very strict. Drive 7 km/h .. this is almost impossible

A good diesel can be rolled, driven by yourself..

My BMW car, already rolling 11 in the 1st gear

No, but why don’t you ask something like that in the driving school?

Because they are not omniscient and it is always good to get in touch with others. My driving school was also under all catstrophes. Just learned about Youtube. My rider was sitting next to me only with a mobile phone and was just mockering instead of giving tips…
