Fahrzeug nach Belarus verkauft, kann Käufer Auto überführen?
Hallo,
ich habe mein Fahrzeug nach Belarus verkauft. Ein sehr seriöser Geschäftsman hat sich gemeldet und er war heute vor Ort. Hat den Wagen 5 Minuten angeschaut, das Geld herausgeholt und wir haben das bei der Bank auf mein Konto eingezahlt.
Im KV wurde vereinbart, der Wagen wird abgemeldet übergeben.
Dann bei der Zulassungsstelle abgemeldet und er hat sich dank meiner Hilfe die Ausfurkennzeichen besorgt. Ich habe ihm einfach kurz 5 Minuten geholfen. War alles seriös und sehr nett!
Was meint Ihr, kommt er nach Belarus über litauen mit dem Wagen, er hat absolut keine Zolldokumente usw. gemacht, obwohl ich ihn hingewiesen habe. Was meint Ihr?
Muss er bei Litauen etwas an der grenze angeben Litauen Deutschland Grenze?
Ich habe den Zoll vor Ort besucht und die haben gesagt, wenn er das auto kauft, bin ich aus dem schneider und habe kein ToDo, der Käufer muss die Ausfuhr regeln.
