Deduct travel expenses?

Hello,

I'm a dual student and therefore earn very little. My commute to my internship partner and to university is around 40km there and back. I'd really like to deduct my travel expenses. My question is, since I earn very little and don't pay taxes, I don't actually have to file a tax return. But when you fill up your car, you automatically pay taxes, and I'd like to deduct them. Does anyone know how I can easily deduct my travel expenses at the end of the year without having to file a full tax return? Is there another way?

Thanks in advance.

Basically, it is so that you are free to make a statement.

The question that arises is always whether it makes sense to submit one.

Due to the dual study (training in a service relationship), you can set the costs for training as advertising costs. This makes sense only if you can build up a loss to present it.

You cannot reclaim VAT as an employee.

In short: getting a little back from the tax is only when you pay wage tax. Unfortunately there is no possibility for you.

VAT etc. are not used

You can only deduct driving costs if you pay taxes accordingly – you can’t deduct anything without tax payment.Ergo would be an income tax statement meaningless.

That already – but mineral oil tax / MWSt. cannot be returned via income tax returns.

The VAT has nothing to do with it. You can only get it back as an entrepreneur.

You can only deduct your costs if you pay tax and pay a tax return. You can’t get back more than you paid to taxes this year.
