I'm currently in the US for nine hours and can't sleep at all. It's 4:00 a.m. here, and I've been awake for two hours. What do you do about jet lag? What helps? Can I just wash my face normally tomorrow once the sun comes out?

This year I was on Iceland for a week. I liked this very much landscape and the people there are very hospitable.
No further trip has been planned. I’m probably going to make day trips. Germany offers so much variety, even in the vicinity that I am fully at my expense.
I love historic buildings and old towns and especially the small towns offer a great deal, be it Lüneburg in the style of brick Gothic or Goslar, Celle, Hameln, Tangermünde, Lemgo etc. with their specialist buildings.
In addition, there are many modern small museums, as I have not visited all of them long ago and in winter these are also worth a visit during the weather.
