Fahrschulwechsel meiner alten Fahrschule in Rechnung stellen?

ich bin extrem unzufrieden mit meiner Fahrschule, seit ich einen neuen Lehrer habe. Mir wurde in den letzten drei Monaten 16 von 18 Terminen abgesagt.
Einige wenige (etwa 3) davon aufgrund von Krankheit, was ich meinem Lehrer in keinster Weise übel nehme, die restlichen aber immer mit faulen und dreisten Ausreden. Mir wurde zum Beispiel schon öfter vorgeworfen, dass ICH mich wohl nicht mehr gemeldet habe als mein Lehrer nicht zum Termin erschienen ist und er daher dachte, dass der Termin nicht steht, obwohl das in vielen der Fällen nachweislich falsch ist (Chat auf WhatsApp gespeichert).
Nachdem ich ihn nun das Dritte mal konfrontiert habe, hat er angefangen nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten zu antworten.
Jetzt ist meine Frage, ob ich die Fahrschule wechseln kann, die dabei entstehenden Kosten (Anmeldegebühr, evtl. die erste “Kennlern”-Fahrt, etc.) aber meiner alten Fahrschule in Rechnung stellen kann, da es sich dabei je nach Fahrschule jeweils um etwa 300-500€ handelt, die ich nicht bereit bin ein zweites mal zu zahlen.

No, I can’t. The other instructors do not form my class.

There is no basis for which you can claim money.
Have you ever complained to the driving school office?
Is the driving instructor hired or the head of the driving school? If he’s an employee, I’d talk to the boss and ask how you can agree.
16 of 18 failed appointments is more than disappointing, quite great achievement.
If the driving instructor is the boss at the same time, it becomes difficult. If he’s not ready to talk, you’ll have bad cards.
Maybe you could enforce it legally, but that would only be successful after months or years. Whether it is worthwhile for the amount remains questionable.
Your question is very difficult to answer. Somehow the boundaries between the employee and the owner are blurring with him. So in itself he is quite clear employee but possibly also procurer. I don’t know who to turn to in the driving school. He doesn’t have a superior, I think.
Then it becomes difficult. Right and getting right are two pairs of shoes.
If conversations do not lead to success, it may be that you actually have to change and write down the money. It’s a lot of money, just for a young person.
Then leave a bad review on Google and then it goes on to life.
