Changing driving schools?

Hi, I'm Amira. I was registered at the Exakt Neukölln driving school for a few months. I had planned to take 8 driving lessons in total, but unfortunately only 2 were carried out and the rest were cancelled.

And they sent me to exactly the same driving school (Exact Driving School Treptow Köpenick) now my question is

Will I get a new contract from the new driving school?

Do I have to start the driving lessons again from the beginning?

Do I have to pay a fee to TÜV for this reason?

Was this driving school sold to another? Then, of course, the contracts continue to apply and your previous payments must also be transferred.
