Cycling route in the Austrian mountains with children?

Hi,

I'm looking for nice cycling routes in Austria that I can ride with children. The children are 7-12 years old.

Does anyone know of any nice routes? I'm looking for something like taking the gondola up and then cycling past lakes, etc. The routes shouldn't be particularly challenging.
