The rim flanks are hot by braking. However, the side impact (Achter) is not caused by the heat but by the load during braking, downhill driving and through the pre-damage. Changing spokes and centering sometimes is not enough. The spokes remain unevenly tensioned, possibly also due to the fact that the rim was already slightly bent.

Four spokes were broken? How did you do that? No matter if I hear that, I’m expecting the rim to be in the ton.

Haha, I’ve guessed that.

The quality of a impeller depends more strongly on the scale than on the material used, i.e. on the spokes and the rims. You need really good and tightly flat wheels, hollow chamber rims and also not the cheapest spokes. You can’t find anything about cheap wheels.

I am not convinced of the performance of your workshop.

A brake converts motion energy into thermal energy;) And I don’t know anything other than a rim brake that would seriously heat the rim.

If you make a 3 km long continuous braking with a clear overweight and a little load, I can absolutely imagine that there was a lot of heat flowing into the rims. Ideally, you used only one of two brakes at the top, i.e. the energy did not spread to both.

If I have it right in my head, aluminum will fill about 10% of its stability when heated to 100°C.

If you got the rim accordingly hot and the rim was already “limited” before, these 10% are too much.

If some spokes have been replaced and the wheel has been re-centered, it can happen that the spoke tensions are very uneven, i.e. the wheel is running straight from itself, but the first best opportunity takes along to deform itself again. If there were 4 spokes next to each other and they are all torn at the same time, it can also be that the rim was torn without the Monteur seeing it.

With V-Brakes any mountain descents… you’re brave.

This is why you use disc brakes. Then “just” the pane…

Huhu,

Mixed of both.

I suspect that you have braked the remaining, already very worn rim flank so far away that it has become duel and has enlivened out due to the tire pressure. This then looks very eager to an eighth.
