Fahrrad 26/28 Zoll?

The wheels 26, 27.5, 28 or 29″ do not make the wheel suitable for you, but the frame size.
With 1.65 m you can also buy an MTB with 26″ wheels a too big frame.
But at 1.65 m you can buy an MTB with 26″. For the frame height, your step length and arm length is required, not your size alone.
You lie at a frame height of 40 to 43 cm (16″-17″).
Let us advise you in the specialist trade or look in various size tables or size calculators.
Are we talking about MTB? Because I’m driving a 52 frame at the racing bike with 1.65. OK, wheels 700 C, but the knowledge can be due to 26 and 28″.
I didn’t even think about MTB until I read your answer and thought 40 to 43 is tiny 😉
In the tags / topics stood mountain bike.
But you know that your size does not determine the frame height.
I’m little bigger than you, my 52-frame (used racing bike offer I couldn’t refuse) is at my upper limit.
Accordingly, you will have a greater step length.
I’ll join him. The size of the wheels is then a matter of taste (whether you want to be maneuverable or stable).
@ Users24,
Thanks for the star. ⭐
Reports once in a while, is also helpful for others.
Yeah, I know. I have little step length. That’s why I can’t drive an overshoot and with me almost every bike becomes a final bike. Those who are short enough do not fit elsewhere. These are the total proportions, including arms/rump/legs, upper/lower arm and thigh/lower leg. At Simplon, by the way, I’m 48 too big, and Specialized’s 54 still goes.
That’s why it only helps to rehearse.
You need the right frame height. The size of the wheels is no matter in case of doubt (as long as there is no children’s bike).
28” and then it depends on the framed person you need
