Fahrkarte zuhause vergessen was soll ich tun?
Ich hab heute mein Top-Jugenticket zuhause vergessen und ich wurde von einem Kontrolleur erwischt. Ich hab ihm die Rechnung von meinen ticket gezeigt aber das giltet leider nicht. Er hat mir gesagt das ich aber auf einer Website ein Foto von meinem Top-Jugend ticket schicken kann und dann keine Strafe zahlen muss. Ich hab ihn nach der website gefragt aber er hat mir nicht geantwortet. Weiß villeicht jemand wie diese Website heißt? Vielen Dank im voraus 🙂

If so, there is a separate section on the service page Passenger control and additional charge. It says:
If you don’t want to wait until Monday: VOR Hotline: 0800 22 23 24 (free); Monday – Friday (workdays) 7:00 – 20:00. They’ll tell you to go there Monday.
As a rule, a small processing fee is charged for forgotten time card. That’s all.
It will mean the website of your Öffis traffic provider. I don’t know where to get the top youth ticket. So I can only tell you that, but that should be on the map.
Go to the town halls and show them your ticket. And tell them the situation
