Fahrerlaubnis Erteilung Trotz einer Anzeige wegen Trunkenheit am Steuer?
Wurde vor einem Jahr wegen Trunkenheit am Steuer belangt. Im Urteil stand, dass eine Fahrerlaubnis für 6 Monate nicht erteilt werden darf. Dies ist bereits 1 Jahr her. War heute ohne Termin der Zulassungsstelle die sagten die müssten sich die Akte anschauen und eine Entscheidung treffen, deswegen sollte ich erstmal einen Termin machen. Wird die Erteilung erteilt, da es schon 1 Jahr her ist und die 6 Monate Sperrfrist vorbei ist?
