You can simply watch in the web app or on bahn.de, in the connection search you will see those who drive. And it doesn’t matter if the trains drive, but if you get a connection.

As a rule, only fewer trains are taking place, mainly due to the fact that not all DB employees are in the GDL and not even all GDL members strike. However, there can be deviations depending on the route, I recommend a look at the DB navigationator.
