IT specialist in application development?

I would like to complete an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development in 2024.

I "only" have a secondary school diploma with an average grade of 2.4.

I am familiar with HTML, CSS and the basics of Javascript.

Could I get an apprenticeship if I create a portfolio that shows what I can do?

This will certainly be possible if you can already demonstrate some pre-knowledge and strong interest in programming:

Please read:

and Try to get involved in C# the following textbook:

As the error-free formulation of your question shows me, mastery of the German language in word and writing should not be an obstacle to you. What about your English skills? [ English literature should be read. ]

In your application, you should definitely point out: that you know the training plan for specialist informatics:

TheTeaching material for technical informatics(all directions) defines the documenthttps://www.kmk.org/fileadmin/files/pdf/education/vocational education/rlp/Fachinformatiker_19-12-13_EL.pdf.|

Yeah, that’s without it. More important than your portfolio is the knowledge that you can rely on. An internship can be more helpful. Your previous knowledge in the field is rather two-way for training.
