University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification, technical high school?

I hope you're all well. I recently found information about the requirements for obtaining a university of applied sciences entrance qualification in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, but I'm a bit confused and would like your help to ensure I understand all the necessary steps correctly.

According to my research, I need a certain level of achievement in the basic and advanced courses to obtain the academic portion of the university of applied sciences entrance qualification, and I should be able to leave school after 12th grade. Could you please confirm whether 12th grade is actually necessary to obtain the academic portion of the university of applied sciences entrance qualification? Or is it possible to obtain this portion after completing 11th grade?

I also understand that, in addition to the academic component, a one-year internship or at least two years of completed vocational training is required to obtain the full university of applied sciences entrance qualification. Could you please provide me with further information on how I can best plan and complete the practical component ?
