Facebook account hacked, what now?

My Facebook account was hacked. What can I do if I don't receive a code on my mobile number?

I had a conversation with someone who said he needed my number for a competition. He wanted a code, which was unfortunately sent, but then my bank details—but no password.

Should I block my number or my bank account?

Since a lot of things went through my cell phone (perhaps a new contract?), I don't have access to my email and the code isn't arriving.

I've contacted support and my account is now offline, but what else can I do to get my account back?
