Facebook doesn't work anymore?
My mum's Facebook account doesn't work, she knows her email password. She's never had any problems with it until now, not being able to get in. She got an email saying that she changed her email address at 3am today, there's a different email there too, but she didn't do it. Resetting the password doesn't work via number either, which means Messenger doesn't work either, but I checked, she wasn't online at all on Messenger? It's connected and I would have seen if someone was online, or for how long, it only says 2 hours, she just got home and only now noticed that none of it is working. Can anything be done or can you write to support? Or do you have to write to support in English, right?
