Extreme pain in the genital area, swelling and white blisters?

It's Saturday, and the pain is at its peak. I only slept a few hours last night because of the pain. Going to the bathroom wasn't particularly pleasant, and the pain was still severe for a while. I keep crying from the pain.

Because of my shame, I couldn't call my gynecologist, as I've often experienced rejection and downplaying of my problems there. This keeps me wondering if my problem is really that urgent and if I can't wait and see if it will get better on its own. Right now, it's really painful, and it's Saturday!

I've had genital herpes before due to a weak immune system. My current guess is that it's the same thing again, but it hurts worse.
I have already dialed 116117 but I waited the 20 minutes and then I had to wait another 30 minutes.

My question: Where should I go on a Saturday? I don't think the hospital can really help me, or should I stay on hold until someone answers 116117?

I urgently need answers, so I'd appreciate any tips or advice!

Thank you very much !

If possible, presentation in the next clinic, which has a gynecological department/station or in the service-based standby practice.

Due to the high frequency of the medical readiness service, the waiting loops take a long time.

Good improvement for you!

The 116117 is also available as a website with a symptom checker. There, behaviors and starting points in the environment are called.

Otherwise, I’d be a medical standby.
