Extreme fear of professional life, what to do?
I received my bachelor's degree six months ago, and I've been job-hunting for almost a month now. However, I'm incredibly anxious about this new phase of my life because it will radically change my life: new people, a new daily routine, new responsibilities, less free time, etc.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not naturally lazy or anything, the problem is that I've gotten used to doing nothing (since I graduated), and since then I've been afraid to leave that "comfort zone."
What can I do now to not be afraid of the world of work? The problem: The longer I wait, the more useless I feel.
Always think: you have it yourself. You can change the job at any time and adjust your life. You don’t commit yourself to the rest of your life in a place.
It’s important that you can finance yourself. The rest is in your decision.
Eyes to and through.
If you go after a job you like it’s not a big deal.
