External hard drive not in disk management?

Hello,

My external hard drive hasn't been working for a few days.

It is recognized in Device Manager as a hard drive.

But it is not displayed in Disk Management.

Since the internet always says that the partition or formatting needs to be redone, but (as far as I know) this only works via disk management, I don't know what I can do.

Only the controller for the hard drive is listed in the device manager. That doesn’t mean the hard drive still works.

What will be displayed below (scroll down the bottom window, that’s going on)…

Check the hard drive on errors using CrystalDiskInfo Lg 😉

Yes it should appear in CrystalDiskInfo if it does not appear there is alarm level red for the hard drive either it is inside so crassed and dirty that there is nothing left or it is physical or mechanical caputt that would then be a case for my reperature service What is very favorable 😉

Well, if there’s a connection, there’s something from the fan.
