Express parcel, Packstation recipient not reachable?
Package at Packstation, recipient not reachable?
Hello,
A package should arrive at my packing station today via express shipping.
Strangely, my app says (see image) that the delivery attempt is not possible because the recipient cannot be reached.
I called Express and they couldn't really help me.
Does anyone know how something like this comes about and what happens next?
I have now adjusted my delivery in the app and selected pickup in the store, but I don't know what happens now.

I met the express courier, and he said he didn't have a package, not even this morning. But it definitely left this morning from the nearest DHL base.
Could it be that the courier stole the package?

The packing stations are from dhl and can only be supplied by dhl!

I'd ask the sender what might have happened to the package.
You can also call the parcel tracking directly with the consignment number. Let the number give you – then you know!
