Experience with Vueling

Hello,

I have to fly to Barcelona and Vueling is the cheapest provider. Now I have read horror stories of delays, bad maintenance, flights being canceled or simply postponed without notice. And of course the costs are not reimbursed. No one is responsible for problems etc… I (almost) don't care how clean the plane is, I have to go to a wedding and have to be there on time and back here on time for work. Does anyone have any experience with this airline?

Thank you

We had booked an economy flight with a big suitcase via Expedia. When checking in, it was said that our class would not contain a suitcase (although we had even confirmed this in writing by Expedia) and that they would not care what would stand on our confirmation. So we had to pay the checked-in suitcase cash. On the return flight then the same game, only that the ground personnel in Palma was absolutely unfriendly and the lady at the switch even yelled at us and threw our IDs at the feet! Of course, we had to pay the bags included in Expedia again. In addition, we must also check in our boardcase, which we were allowed to take without any problems on the flight from Munich to Palma de Mallorca. The reason was that the on-board case would be too large – although it was perfectly fit into the given holder. However, another passenger was allowed to take a much larger sports bag than hand luggage. The baggage passport has cost us an additional 210 euros (1×70,- to + 2×70,- back). Of course, no one seemed to be able to issue a suitable invoice or to have it delivered afterwards. We only got the answer to the written request that the baggage was already included in the fare. Did the staff maybe run into their own pocket? Conclusion: We have met Vueling staff as absolutely unprofessional and arbitrarily acting and will certainly no longer fly with this airline.

Hello,
Too bad if people stay on these pages trying to insecure users by false information.
Vueling is now the largest Spanish airline, more than twice as large as Germanwings and is by no means a cheap airline. Only large main airports will be served, e.g. Barcelona BCN (the Girona airport is not being flown at all). IN BCN is Vueling, by the way, the market leader. The maintenance of the young Airbus A320 fleet takes over Iberia. Prices are lower than with Lufthansa, because Vueling does not have an inflated administrative system (with aviation security, such an administration has nothing to do). Everyone should fly with the airline he feels most comfortable with, but the false information from Encephalon is only aimed at justifying the unprofitable management system of LH, which he probably owns.

No booking during— flights de—,you don’t care about anything,no support or help with problems with the airline, essentially with the problem company—VUELING—which can be even negative
Both the absolute last club
Flight ordered,Abbuchung Vueling 1 h later
1 week later Info,Flight postponed from Monday morning to Tuesday night with a night stay in Barcelona,no hotel offered —noth–night flight on the other morning
———————————————————-
7 mails written–no answer,(in English,German spanish
it is simply an inconsistency with which arrogance here customers are treated—- Everything runs over dei headquarters in Barcelona, as well as court barcelone
The money I can forget

I don’t know what FrankAachen’s doing here for Unfug.

From Nuremberg to Barcelona I am back and forth for 300 euro incl. Task baggage. Price is okay, but not mega-favourable. I took the flight because he went straight from Nuremberg.

Departure: 2h delay, plus over 1h waiting for the suitcases. All were uncertain if anything else comes.

Return flight: we are just back at min. 2 h delay (at the airport). Let’s see what’s happening. At the switch in Barcelona there was also only one computer to scan yourself, no staff for questions about luggage, etc.

Achja, and we were allowed to wait 20 minutes in the glass zeischengang to the flyer with the praller sun in Spain. Geil!

This is my first experience with Vueling and my last. There was also no excuse or compensation or iwas. Apparently normal for the flight line.

Get away from Vueling! Rarely I had such a clear opinion on a flight line.

I could have known, didn’t research much before: http://www.n-tv.de/politik/Ministerium-ermittelt-gegen-Billigflieger-article18106561.html

I deleted BCN-FFM. Usually, Vueling has to take care of an adequate alternative flight (which is of course expensive, as it should start in 4 weeks and the prices are long gone where they were 6 months ago).

  • Telephone headquarters had pre-formulated sentences. After it became more aggressive and the interlocutor spoke to the supervisor several times, it said: we can’t do anything
  • Email Schrifverkehr on this topic remains unanswered: acute bird bouquet tactics
  • Vueling’s participation in the conciliation procedure is voluntary, which makes her Vorgel-Strauß Taktik so successful. After 30 days of waiting, I received the lapidar sentence “A” from the Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission. YOU? Do I wonder where is your role, European emission??
  • Phone with the consumer center http://www.evz.de : an ear for whining, a detailed list of options. I don’t think you have to expect anything to happen with the sum of small injustices by means of the consumer center.
  • Barcelona court (as mentioned by another user) is a standard procedure for small amounts, goes without a lawyer, but must be Spanish in court.
  • filing the claim for claimsflights or others: is not accepted (for my Fal now)

I give up, stay on 150 EUR, obviously not the first and write down my frustration where everyone can read it, who researches a bit about Vueling before booking.

In the refund process, it means we repay as soon as we can – not just comforting!

But why they’re doing advertising here, where they’re fucking their customers!

You get what you pay. That’s so simple. We (Lufthansa) also fly to BCN, and to BCN airport, not to GIRONA, from where it goes by bus for hours.

Well, if you’re afraid to fly, you should choose the airline that’s considered super safe. With us, the pilots are trained in even shorter intervals, the aircraft are checked and maintained at even shorter intervals. Quality has its price. This applies to food, clothes and even to flying. You get what you pay.

First to Frankachen! You’re a full posse…and probably never flew with Vueling!Vueling is the last crap shop!!U.a.5 hours in the plane because pilot has missed time..or 2 hours late from Berlin etc. etc. etc…. It is very short of an escalation. A stewardess even has a nervous breakdown. The flight crew must be exchanged after 5 hours! Not to mention the missing luggage, which disappears in rows at Vueling!!VUELING IS THE LAST MIST!!!!NIEMALS DORT BOOK!!!!
