Exercise your dog?

Hello

I wanted to ask you if you think we're doing too much with our dog. So I'm writing a weekly schedule of what she's doing.

Monday: a total of around an hour's walk and another 30 minutes in the garden. Playtime is always different.

Tuesday: a total of around 2 hours of walking and another 30 minutes in the garden. Playtime is usually another half hour to an hour.

Wednesday: a total of around 2 hours of walking and another 30 minutes in the garden. Playtime is usually another half hour to an hour.

Thursday: a total of around an hour's walk and another 30 minutes in the garden. Playtime is always different.

Friday:

Saturday: a total of about half an hour for a walk, 15 minutes in the garden, and then about five hours in the stable where she can run around with two or three other dogs. Playing is usually included in the time spent at the stable, and sometimes a bit at home.

Sunday: a total of around 3 hours of walking and another 30 minutes in the garden. Usually another half hour to an hour of playing.

When we go for a walk she is often off the leash so she can run a lot.

She is a 9.5 month old Bernese Mountain Dog Entlenbucher Mix lady.

See it like this: Dog as often as possible. Solution rounds clear and also appropriate walks according to age, whereby the dog can determine its pace. Play occasionally.

Large dog breeds are late developers, they need 3 years to physical and mental maturity.

Knit according to plan as you describe it would not be mine.

Young, physically unfinished dogs tend to overwhelm when they get too many stimuli. Good muscle is important, but it must be accompanied by natural skeletal growth.

Natural movements during the walk are optimal. Short-term dogs also, additional movement games not.

Nonsens, to think that a dog needs to be powered out daily, in the growth still in place anyway.

No, that’s not too much, for example, Monday I find almost too little. And I have not read any training now, mental utilisation is also important

Much too long

Maybe 30 min. per gear

4 to 6 times a day

No. For the first time, there is hardly any time to “smatter” his day, secondly, an hour is wonderful. The dog is supposed to be able to get the right power out. If we were only running 30 minutes each time, we would just get to the edge of the forest and my bitch could never run in the forest.
