Exchange e-cigarette?
I bought an e-cigarette today, but then I saw online that they're available in other colors. Can I exchange the e-cigarette I've already used just because I don't like the question?

Sorry, but HOW ARE YOU?! What can the dealer do if you later find something about it not stylish enough?! If it was an unused device, especially one with unopened packaging, you could ask the dealer politely, because they can resell it, but not your used device!
Remember one thing: there is GENERALLY NO right of exchange in (German) retail. The exception is online or mail-order businesses, where you have a 14-day right to return FOR UNUSED goods. Even with demonstrably defective goods, you have no right to exchange/return, because in this case, the seller decides whether to exercise their RIGHT to repair or exchange/return the goods. And they are allowed three repairs before they are obliged to exchange/return.
It is extremely unlikely that any shop will want to take back an e-cigarette that has already been unpacked.
