Excel – Budget table formula problems?
Hello,
I wanted to create a budget spreadsheet in Excel that calculates the planned monthly budget on a daily basis. It should be calculated so that it always adds up at the end of the month.
Line C3 contains my budget for the month. This should now be distributed among the individual days.
In column B I always write a "1" for a day and in row B36 I see the days that the month still has available.
I have now inserted the following formula into column C3 and then applied it to the entire column: =($C$3/$B$36)*B5
However, if I have an actual budget of €500 on March 1st, for example, I would transfer it to column C and remove the 1 in column 5.
I would like it to be calculated for the other days so that it comes out at €10,000 again and not €10,500.
It's best to look at the screenshots; it's probably easier. What do I have to do?
You could do the following
Is it really about every calendar day or Mo – Fr?
Logical, usual for a “planning” would be

Why is the second screenshot under the cell with the word “plan budget” a 500 that you seem to sum up at the end?
Edit:
Then you have to do it like this:
I have entered the formulas in columns F to H as text so that you can see them and in I1 the formatting note so that the word “month budget” appears and the cell still contains a number to calculate
Because that must be included in the calculation. So the plan budget is to be calculated for the coming days now so that I am on 01. issued March
Unfortunately, your grammar is so bad that I don’t understand what you want to share with this sentence.
Do you want to salute the budget overruns or the non-use of the budget in the following month?
Unfortunately, I need to include the comment on your comment in the reply as GF does not allow any pictures in comments.
Yes, I would like to add to the calculation the budget overcrowds or even undercrowds. If now as planned in the first screenshot was to spend 323€ each day, on 01. However, in March 500€ were spent, the budget must be recalculated per day that the planned 10,000€ will finally come out again
We do not need the ones (1) and the 31.
Copy the formula in C7 ..
As proof: the plan budget is also available for the last day for daily plan budget expenditure:
