Exact reasons for rejection are NEVER given, even when asked?

Hello dear HR staff,

If you conduct an interview and reject the applicant by email, even though he would be perfect for the position (at least according to the documents), why is it 100% never an answer to the question whether you could give more specific reasons.

There are too many laws that could be put into place if they would call a reason. This danger does not depend on a company. There is a standard text that is tailored to the legal department.

Anti-discrimination laws not only have advantages.
