Everything feels surreal?

For a few months now, I've had the feeling that I perceive everything "differently." It's hard to describe, but I have this feeling that I'm somehow removed from myself and my feelings. Everything feels completely strange and somehow not as vivid as before. I don't know what I'm feeling exactly. I feel like I'm experiencing a lot of things much less intensely than usual, like things like adrenaline, serotonin, etc. I'm just waiting for it to go away, but I'm worried that it'll stay like this permanently. Does anyone know anything about this?

either you are in puberty, have slept too little or drink too little water. I knew that when I came to puberty, but then it went over again

There you should ask a person skilled in the art, because this mental problem is reputable to a layman.

The expert is a psychiatrist.
