Did you accidentally send Eventim tickets to the wrong person?
I sold tickets for a concert through classified ads. After receiving the money from interested party A, I accidentally sent the tickets to interested party B.
Now, so to speak, both people have the same tickets. If interested party B is willing to take the risk, they can try to get in with the tickets. This would mean that interested party A would no longer be able to get in, even though they didn't pay.
That would be unfair and I want to prevent that.
What can I do to ensure that only interested party A gets in?

Would report the situation to Eventim. They may invalidate the serial number of the tickets and send you new tickets. You’ll send them to the buyer. I’d tell him about the matter so he knows.
You can ask B to send the titties to A at your expense or refund A the money and ask B to return the tickets.
Interesting story, especially if person A who has the PDF file has sold it several times more….
Only the first comes in and everyone else goes to the police and the PDF file is registered on your name….
