Pass on Eventim ticket to a friend?
Hello, I can't reach anyone at Eventim, and they haven't responded to my email either. I have tickets for the Apache concert on Saturday. My husband was originally supposed to come with me, but unfortunately he can't due to work. Now a friend is coming instead. Unfortunately, these tickets are personalized, and his name is on them, which is apparently very strictly controlled. Has anyone else had this problem, and how do I solve it? Could I simply take a power of attorney from my husband along with a copy of his ID?

You have to sell the card over the Fanale.
There you can prefer a person in the sale, i.e. you will get a link that is valid for 48h and that you will send to the girlfriend.
She then buys the card there and you will get the original purchase price refunded.

You need to sell tickets via eventim to your girlfriend. Then eventim also changes staffing. This is not possible with an online ticket.
But in the app I can only sell via fanals. I got a real ticket by post
