Europol and co spam email?

Hello, I keep getting strange emails in my inbox, which is nothing new. But now I've received another email with a letter in it. The letter is on a picture, by the way, which starts like this: "We, Colonel Andrew Schreiber, Commander of the Brigade for the Protection of Minors (BPM) in cooperation with the European Police Office (Europol), are sending you this summons following a computer seizure via cyber infiltration…" etc. It also says something about embezzlement of mothers, etc. I have no idea how to stop getting emails like this. It's so annoying. Has anyone else received strange emails like this? The thing is, they don't even end up in the spam folder anymore… oh yeah, I should then justify myself and write an email to "gouv.international531@gmail.com" within 24 hours, otherwise they will register me and all my information will be forwarded to national television stations for mass distribution so that everyone knows what a terrible criminal I am… "…so that your family, your relatives and the whole of Germany knows what you're doing in front of your computer." This is how the email ends. Unfortunately, I struggle with anxiety, which is why shitty fake emails like this are particularly stressful for me. Does anyone else have this kind of rubbish in their email inbox? Should I maybe go to the police about this or just put it in the spam folder?
I'm not sure if I should attach a picture of this email…if necessary I will do that. I hope you understand my gibberish…thanks in advance 🙂
