It has nothing to do with work struggle.

on the part of the GDL it is rather a pure demonstration of power and has nothing to do with work struggle.

the offer of the railway is realistic and fair 11% more wages nearly 3000€ once others would be happy about it. Me too.

what the gdl demands is unrealistic.

more money and leave for even less work that would be a too unrealistic wage increase.

555€ more wages 3h a week less work with full wages so 12 hours a month less work with full wages and even 555€ on it you can realistically pay more than 700-800€.

If you work less, you need more people who do the job to ensure the offer.

and who pays for it in the end

Why? the Board of Directors pays an overnight fee of 15000 %. And the employees are not allowed to strike for 10%?

It must be if employers are deaf. I’m not happy with it, so I’ve already bought long-distance bus tickets, because they’ll be very expensive as soon as we get started.

If I look at the bonuses of the boards so it is more than justified

I’m always for strike. The workers need more wages and more rights, and the work time should fall! Best to abolish capitalism!

Very good. The GDL is still a real union.

I find it bad to get his own interests through so ruthlessly.
