Your experiences with iron supplements?
Since I live in a kind of permanent dissociation (yes, it also has psychological reasons), I was recommended to take iron supplements/complexes, since taking iron has helped many people with dissociation/derealization states.
Have you had good experiences with it or noticed any difference?

Evtl. helps with improved oxygen absorption in the blood because the oxygen is bound and transported by the hemoglobin. In the case of iron absorption, vitamin C is recommended; by beverages, etc. . The iron is better built in. Some B vitamins also help in blood formation as well as mental illnesses.
