No.

Or how does it look legal when the machine is manipulated, the bank data is sent to an unauthorized computer by criminal?

This is not possible in itself, but theoretically the bank would be liable.

That’s normal, and for safety reasons it’s very good. Predestined to steal something and break up machines.

I personally was not in the EU where you could have paid with cash.

In other EU countries there are completely different payment methods, comparable to PayPal! You can’t compare apples with pears!

So first research before you set up any aluminium hats here!
