Etsy refund money?

I have a small problem. I ordered something from a shop, but the package isn't supposed to arrive for a month because it has to be made. The problem is, the shop suddenly closed, and I'm afraid I've been scammed. How do I get my money back since I can't access the shop anymore? Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any answers, and I can't get any further with support either. Oh, and I paid with a credit card.

Just because there is no longer the online shop means that your purchase contract is not due. Individually manufactured products are also generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
I would wait until the time the product was to arrive at you at the latest. If there was nothing yet, I would write to the seller and set him a deadline. If he doesn’t keep them, you can ask your money back.
