It’s just an opioid, like morphine, heroin, and also codein.

And no, you can’t just buy that. That’s just BtM recipe.

Codein and morphine are opiates, no opioids.

Opioid is the preamble for substances that act on the opioid receptors. Opiates is a subset of opioids that naturally occur in the sleeping poppy. Therefore, the term opioid is correct here.

As far as I know, ethylmorphine is under BtMG in Germany. A pretty potent opioid, which was never common in the scene for any reason.
