I took a DNA test with MyHeritage and I don't quite understand how genetic group and ethnicity are measured. Does ethnicity mean I could have ancestors from that country? I have nothing to do with the Balkans or Poland, for example, but does that mean any of my ancestors came from that region?
Or does this reflect the ethnic groups? Because Balkan doesn't appear in the genetic groups at all?
