Ethernet or vEthernet?

Hello

Under Network Connections, I see Ethernet and vEthernet. For Ethernet, it says it's connected to the internet, while for vEthernet, it says "No network access." Can't I use vEthernet? It has a 10GB transfer rate. But how do I enable it? If I turn off Ethernet, I have no internet, but if I disable vEthernet, I have internet. Can anyone help me?

The internal network connection for HYper-V. When you uninstall the Hyper-V roll, the adapter is also gone. And you know, there’s no faster internet.
