For every warm lunch we have salads (iceberg/field salad with different ingredients), except for fish husks that exist when the time for cooking was missing or not for food with sauerkraut or acidic cucumbers.

Yeah, but real salad. Like Romana Hearts. Noodle salad, meat salad, bean salad, etc. are not salad, so I hate something like the plague. The real, green salad does not belong mixed with ingredients, but the ingredients belong as decoration on top. Tomato pieces and olives are inconspicuous. In addition, anchovy, blue cheese, tuna, egg slices, chorizo, ham, salmon are conceivable. Sowing German dressing sauce has nothing to look for, but only vinegar (e.g. Aceto Balsamico di Modena) and extra virgin olive oil. Just what you can imagine in Spanish cuisine under an Ensalada Mixta or an Ensalada Variada.

I’ll never forget the day I got in a Möwenpick self-service restaurant in Berlin at the Ku’damm house ban. I annoyed myself about the poor offer of the salad buffet, so I grabbed the necessary ingredients elsewhere on the plate and then the salad leaves on top. At the checkout I was asked to raise the salad leaves and then the house ban came.

Yes, indeed.

Low iceberg salad, endiviensalat, cucumber salad or anything mixed and crunchy – sometimes even with chicken or tuna.

Practically daily yes. Salad leaves come daily on my breakfast bread and also mixed salads etc there are very often with me for warm food. Or I’ll just make a salad for lunch.

Typical green leaf salad is not a serious diet.

The nutrient content is close to zero.

I like to eat salad.😃🥗

It is best to use a rich salad buffet, but this usually only works on holiday in a good hotel.

No, although I like salad very much. Is an attempt for the new year to eat more often.

Yeah, almost daily. There are only a few days without salad with me.
