Eating problems?

Good day,

First of all, I'm M18, work in construction and have problems losing weight.

I don't have an eating disorder or anything like that. I start my day sometimes with coffee and sometimes without. For lunch, I eat two sausage rolls and usually some tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. In the evening, dinner is the only proper meal I have at home.

My problem is that I'm trying to get away from eating in the evening because I'm reading more and more that this leads to weight gain.

I've been going to the gym regularly for two months now, but nothing has changed. I eat mostly healthy food, but still nothing.

In my opinion, my biggest problem is the appetite between meals, I also drink a lot of water, but it doesn't help

That's why my question, do you have any ideas against your appetite in between

Hello, Gabriel.

The tip of is very good.

To get a sense of what you eat, you can track your meals. See that you come to 2g protein per kg body weight and 1g fat per body weight. The remaining calories come from vegetated carbohydrates (full grain, potatoes, legumes…).

If you want to lose weight, go 300-500 kcal to the deficit, but keep the 2g protein per body weight, which does not need your body and underestimate the work on the building, as you also consume some energy.

You want to get away from dinner?

Your only “senseful” meal?

I wouldn’t.

And forget about the “dinner” makes thick!… crucial is almost entirely your calorie discount over the day (or even more about the week)… when eaten is irrelevant.

Better replace the 2 “Wurstsemmel” in midday duch something more meaningful.

So if broth, then full grain, and the sausage you can zb. Replace against something sensible protein-containing.

Poulet, fish, eggs, magerquark etc.

I took 14kg myself, and even though I always take my biggest meal late in the evening from 21:00 to 22:00.

In the morning, there is only coffee, a portion of salad or vegetables with a small piece of meat… and then 60% of my total calories in the evening at 9:00.

So I took 14kg and keep the weight longer (about 1 year)

For muscle building, you need proteins.

Muscle mass weighs more than fat.
