Hi, Ich habe das universal Mix it Mehl von Schär gekauft. Kann ich damit auch Rezepte nachbacken wo steht dass man das Kuchen und Kekse mehl nutzen soll?
Ich hab gerade gelesen, dass es zu einer “glücklichen Kindheit” gehört, dass man mit seiner Familie über seine Gefühle reden kann. Ich konnte das nie richtig, da meine Eltern ihre Gefühle selbst weder anerkannt haben noch angemessen ausdrücken konnten.
