Here’s the recipe for a noodle salad.

Per serving:

Cook 50 g of noodles.

125 g minced meat (fried) cold

35 g of peas

125 g Majo

Cook the noodle and let it cool.

Mix and cool all ingredients.

But don’t take peas anymore or it doesn’t taste.

There’s a bratwurst or frikadelle.

Hairdressers themselves made:

3 onions (possibly with garlic) for frying (with salt) and let it cool.

500g of minced meat (half and half) mix with 3-4 eggs, about 100g of semmelbugs (until the consistency is correct), the fried onions for the frikadella, salt, mustard and pepper.

80 – 100g thick frikadelles form and fry.

You’ll get about 9 hairballs out of there.

You can also eat them cold.

The hairballs that can be too much If the fried ones are frozen in portions.

Mustard or tomato paste are available for tube.

The frying balls also taste cold.

For the salad you need a thin cooler bag from the supermarket and cooler batteries.

Remains – food.

Today there was spinatlasagne with me. Chili sin/con carne is also very good when you have a dense box. Otherwise I also often have vegetable noodles or vegetable rice.

Different. Depending on the length of my break, it is always different. Can be sandwiches or vegetable sticks, or even salads, self-made driers, sprinkled with rice, bolognese with noodles, runs, pan dishes etc… All cooked at home and taken with you to warm up or eat cold.

Usually something precooked that you can just warm up. Or something you can prepare quickly from a few ingredients, such as pasta with finished tomato sauce (we have a kitchen).

Sometimes eat something for cold or room warm, such as noodle or potato salad.

Usually noodle/rice/cartoe run with vegetables. Go fast and tastes good. Also like salads or muesli.

Butterbrot. Mostly with sausage and cheese. The main meal is home after the evening.
