Essen, das nicht viel Arbeit macht?

ich geb es zu, ich bin beim Kochen und Essen zubereiten generell furchtbar faul und habe keine Lust, nur für mich alleine jeden Tag stundenlang am Herd zu stehen.
habt ihr irgendwelche Ideen für Essen, das jetzt nicht unbedingt irgendwelches TK-Fertigzeugs ist, aber trotzdem halbwegs schnell geht? und ich möchte auch keine Riesensauerei in der Küche haben deshalb, klar, ein bisschen dreckig wird’s immer, aber eben kein Schlachtfeld.
bin nicht vegetarisch oder vegan, Unverträglichkeiten hab ich keine und zumindest würde mir jetzt gerade nichts einfallen, was ich überhaupt nicht mag, von daher geht alles. ^^
also, habt ihr ein paar Vorschläge/Ideen für mich?

Because it is hot and summery, cold dishes are ideal. Salads sprinkled with tuna, eggs or chicken strips, ham and cheese etc. with bread are now optimal.
Or put a feta cheese with tomatoes and onions and olive oil in the oven (or grated) and soften, then eat with bread (fin bread).
Pasta dishes go fast. A pesto (so from the glass) or now I like ratatouille on onions, zucchini and tomato. Simply roast vegetables in a pan and add to the noodles.
And earlier for us a classic: Sausage salad from small cut Lyoner (so to buy), with acidic cucumbers, if necessary Twieblen and a dressing from the cucumber and spices. It tastes best toast bread.

You can also buy single ingredients as TK. Don’t always have to be done.
and buy fresh stuff and cut small is a matter of 5 minutes. It’s finished in 10 minutes in the pan.
If it takes a long time, it is usually dishes, with fresh meat. Because meat already needs his time to be good through. Or soups with ingredients that all have to be cut small.
But by now, give all possible alternatives to go back.
I know that sounds unspectacular, but you just taste a few breads. There are many possibilities (bread, rolls, baked bread, cheese, sausage, jam, cut vegetables, etc.) there you can eat healthy.

Couscous can be prepared quickly in zig variants. Cheese & herbs e.g., heritage & carrots or fried chicken breast & tomatoes.
Hotogs withed onions go fast, as well as wraps (e.g. with tomato, salad and chickens or with rocket and ham), flame cake, omelet or pancakes (if it is ready for proper lazy) 😉
Pasta: Ribbon noodles with spinach and lemon salmon sauce or with cherry tomatoes, gnocchi with tomato sauce, ribbon noodles with sage butter and parmesan, aglio olio or you can enjoy recipes for One Pot Pasta.
Potato pamp with fried eggs- make thin enough, then you can drink it as a shake… 😉

Okay, now real..
Make yourself a few boobs, (for the next day more)- carrots in butter, new potatoes with bowl…
Or burn fat into the pan, beef-mett and fry on frying, cook with water or beef fond “, taste with salt, pepper, and fuck – then you can eat it with potatoes or noodles.
