Well. At your age, it’s still understandable, I know myself from earlier. But in the long run, you should pay attention to balanced and healthy diet, which is not to say that you should not be able to do something at times.

Yeah, like you say unhealthy. It can be that you will not feel the consequences later or will not be directly associated with your diet, for example susceptibility to diseases, fatigue, inertia, main problems.

Because the reason we are hungry is because we need nutrients that are necessary to keep the physical functions running. That’s why we’re not just hungry but also appetite.

For example, your body needs iron and therefore you get appetite for spinach or meat.

The problem of unhealthy diet is that there is hardly any nutrients but probably a lot of sugar. Sugar, however, only supplies energy for a short time, and that is why it is relatively fast to hunger because the body still needs vitamins, minerals, etc.

In the long term, your cycle is under-care and the risk for various diseases increases.

All right, eat as well as never healthy. So just a few times soup or something else pizza/noodle/toast bread with Nutella. What tastes good.

Of course, it’s not bad to eat a lot… especially at your age, the body is experiencing different phases through which it gets more appetite. Make no head 😉

It is not about the crowd but about the topic that eating is mainly unhealthy what it consumes

I’m sorry, but I think if you’re not a super sportsman or model, it’s normal not to feed 100% healthy… I’m not. It’s okay to eat pizza etc, you just shouldn’t overdo it too much, because that can also have effects on the body.

Not everyone. I’ve eaten as a kid. And never increased. I’m 24 and still have a slim figure.

Congratulations. I’m 10 years older than you and still lean. I can say that in 10J. you’re right, don’t hit every child, but they’re just a few. Usually, thick children gint it already enough in DE.

Didn’t say anything to the contrary, but children should be educated to healthy food. If you let everything go through, they become fat and also at later age do not change their unhealthy eating culture.

I’ve been feeding myself healthy in good phases of my life for a few years. That’s not it. But just want to say that not every person reacts equally to unhealthy food. Since everyone has a different genetics and a different metabolism
