Am I eating too much?

Hello

I've been told I eat too much… I feel kind of sick right now. So I wanted to ask if it's really too much.

-Low-fat curd cheese with berries

-3 wholegrain toast with vegetables

-Protein pudding

-Low-fat curd cheese with berries

-Cucumber

I am 14/f and jog 30 minutes a day, sometimes more, sometimes less

So much as I eat as breakfast and lunch that would be two meals for me if I want to take off healthy and for me that would be a normal amount to take off slowly with sports maybe. You cannot say here on GF whether for a strange person you eat too much or not, because everyone is individual and has another need. Some need more, some less.

These are about 1400 kcal. For some this may be little, but some with slow metabolism simply need so little. You can’t just say if it’s too little.

Make your calorie requirement and see if it is too little or too much.

don’t believe everything your friends tell

In addition, you might want to consider spending yourself in professional help. almost all your asks are how you can lose weight, whether you eat too much etc. because otherwise this can result very quickly in a renewed eating disorder, which of course would not be nice at all

You can’t know about anyone if you don’t know the bedraf. Activity plays a role and weight. How to claim how much a person needs if you don’t know his activity?
