when I get up, about 3 whole-grain toasts with cheese or muesli
in between
I sin every day with 3 Kinder bars and 3 glasses of cola and I always drink 3 to 4 coffees
from 3 p.m.
I often eat noodles, rice or salad with meat or whatever you eat for lunch
at evening
currently a kebab or go out to eat a lot whatever you are doing outside

It’s a lot. But you only get Dick when you eat constantly about your needs.
Since this always depends on the daily workload, this is not a general answer.
Watch your weight and if it slowly rises you know that it is too much for YOUR PERSON and you should reduce the carbohydrates a little.

Beginning of many civilization diseases due to incorrect nutrition .
You eat a lot, regardless of sex.
However, it doesn’t mean it’s too much or you get fat, after all nobody knows your calorie requirement here.
I don’t even eat 1/4 of it (actually not even 1/5, at lunch I eat a slice of bread with thin covering, in the evening a small thing like salad or a small bowl of soup, sometimes also a slice of meat or fish with vegetables) and weigh 170kg. 😀
